Basic Routine
Warm up - Stretch
Squats
Aerobic dance - 20-25 minutes (about 6 songs) - *high impact or low impact based
on your preference/experience

Cool Down

Hand weights
Floor work (or standing)
Crunches/Push ups
Final Stretch - includes some yoga moves

Basic Dance Aerobics Steps:

Heal Jacks or Jumping Jacks - high level
Hamstring curls
Toe - Heel
Grapevine
Cha cha
Mambo
Jitterbug
Jazz Kick
Twist + more

Equipment:
You’ll need good Aerobic Shoes/Cross train
a Mat for final stretch
Bring WATER
Hand Weights 2 lbs
Wear comfortable clothes
prepare to SWEAT!!

Bring a friend, have some fun and get a great cardio workout too!!
